Apply for a SETH training at your local organization
With a grant from Stanford University’s Center on Philanthropy & Civil Society, and funds raised from healing activists around the world, we are offering SETH workshops to grassroots partners who work with women and children trauma survivors, located in the SF Bay Area and globally.
The 2-week SETH workshop would take place in late 2015 or sometime in 2016.

Criteria
Our basic criteria for a partner is as follows:
- Supports women and/or children/youth
- Provides strong foundational support to beneficiaries in terms of shelter, medical care, food and clean water, and/or basic education
- Registered as a nonprofit, NGO, or other business entity that has legal right to carry out its activities in the local country
- (For international organizations only) Employs locals to administer and manage programs
- Has a track record for delivering on promises (no startups), and can demonstrate actual impact to beneficiaries of current and past projects
- Fosters an environment of transparency, accountability, and collaboration. Willing to nominate a local healing champion to administer questionnaires and other monitoring and evaluation tools pre- and post- trauma healing workshop.
- Does not proselytize or support lobbying, political, or religious activities
- Is able and willing to make a real and symbolic commitment to a trauma healing workshop by self-financing workbook printing costs and/or venue location
