A new paradigm for global trauma recovery
A community-led approach to healing
The SETH model is a new paradigm for trauma recovery that democratizes access to mental health and healing resources.
The SETH approach takes the power of healing solely out of the hands of experts alone - and places it directly into the hands of communities who most need to reclaim their inner strength and wisdom.

The SETH approach is also just as relevant in the Global North, where issues like racism, oppression, gender-based violence, trafficking, and bullying are ubiquitous in our own communities, demanding a radical shift in how we heal ourselves and each other.
